This policy covers smashcourses.com, operated by Vokaal (“we”). It’s written to be read.
What we collect
If you buy a Smash Courses product or request a free resource, we collect your email address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers. We record basic, cookie-light analytics about which of our own pages are visited so we can tell whether the site works.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, send the product-specific email series described at purchase or opt-in, honor refunds, and measure our own advertising. If our advertising pixel is enabled, purchase events may be shared with Meta in hashed form to measure ads. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Every marketing or educational-series email includes an unsubscribe link, honored immediately. Transactional delivery and receipt emails are sent only to fulfill your purchase.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Email service@officeofagents.com to access or delete your data; we answer within 7 days.
